Belgium Localization

 Hi,
I have two queries in Belgium Localization.

1) How to launch R744002 - SEPA Credit XMLReport, as this report is interconnect report. Whether we can run the report directly or any other report launches this report. I tried to run this report, but showing as No Data Selected even though F04572 table is having required data. 

2) How R7403B11 report is used for Belgium Localization. This report is updating F7403B11 Workfile table. Where/How this information is used further.
