Email Notifications For Database Metrics

Is it possible to get email notifications based on the variety of database metrics included in OEM 12c?
I have setup incident notification emails and receive them regularly (failed jobs, etc.), but I have been unsuccessful in finding how to setup similar notifications for instances like when a Data Guard configuration statuses change or when databases crash.
