no console response on newly installed T5-2

 I have 6 newly installed Sparc T5-2 servers at our remote site.  These are supposed to have Solaris 11 on them.I can get into the ILOM on all of them but none of them display anything on the console (when I can even get a console window to pop up)

Any info would be appreciated.  I have an SR open with Oracle.
