System error on worklist when login as sysadmin

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

When I login as sysadmin user to EBS. I see lots of system error listed under the worklist of sysadmin user. Do I need to take any actions for these errors? Please see the attached image. I am still relatively new to the system and learning. Please advise whether the error are of any importance? Thank you very much. Usually when there is system error appear in the sysadmin worklist, what is the step to take action?
