R41543 Transfers showing up on report

On the R41543 Item Ledger/Account Integrity Report in Software version 9.1 with tools 9.1.2.2, the transfers (P4113) are showing up on the report.  They should not be on there as there is a special exclusion for them? Does anyone know how to get them off of the report or is this a bug?
