Invalid object FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS after applying patch 9000001

I got FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS package Invalid after applying patch 9000001:


SQL> alter package APPS.FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> show err
Errors for PACKAGE BODY APPS.FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS:
LINE/COL ERROR

1743/4   PL/SQL: ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined


Version of FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS:

We are not a US-FEDERAL Customer but the patch is applied due to other requirement/sr.
