R57xxx can't be deleted from depsrv server

Hi, wondering how to delete this R57xxx from depsrv ?  Acording to user, they created this R57xxx in one of the project..Then, they deleted the whole project. But somehow the object was still available in another project.  Then they went to that project and delete that object by marking "all the spec to be removed from server" ..Then it displayed "General Error in method, delete" 

After that, they assigned this object with PVC admin with full right..and tried to delete the object..But it still failed and left the object in black bold color..Then, tried for project advancement ; changed to status 35 and tried to delete again.  But still failed....Then went for the logging full detail..it stated "Request made to delete object R57xxxx - Local - Server - Save - Flagged to be deleted on project advancement"
