US PAY: Phase 2 year end patch to ebs 12.1.3 (17955555) warnings about file fndjar.dep and file path

Are the warnings in the log file from the 17955555 patch about the fndjar.dep file any concern?

there are several of them all for the same type of warning, as an example here is one of them.

WARNING: The following path(s), defined in /itdev11/app01/appl/itdev11appl/fnd/12.0.0/java/make/fndjar.dep as elements of the output file jbovbclient.jar , could not be found in any area:
listing of file paths follows this message sometimes a few paths sometime 10 or more.

I can post more detail if needed.
