Material Status control is not defaulting to the organization item level

Hello Folks,

We have an issue where Material Status control is not defaulting to the organization item level to restrict some transactions at organization and item level.

Our requirement is not utilize at on-hand level; transactions need to be resticted at organization level which we would be applicable for all the subinventories in that organization.

Issue:

Material status control is not displaying in the LOV at the organization item level in the inventory tab and note that item is not serial / lot control enabled.

Please suggest.
