Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trial Balance is not correct.

Hello everyone

I have a problem about Trial Balance report.

In period SEP-13 the balance is correct, the balance is zero.

But in period OCT-13 and NOV-13 the balance is not correct.

There are the ending balance left as credit amount.

I would like to know why the balance is not zero?

Would you please advise how to check and fix this problem?
