PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments shows exceptions

Hi,

We have executed "PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments" process, the output shows exceptions and the rejection reason code is "KEY_FLEX_FAIL"

I have uploaded the output file for your kind reference, can you pls suggest how to clear this issue.
