Important information for 12.1.3 Depot Repair Customers

If you are using the Depot Repair Module in 12.1.3, then please do not apply a patch that contains $CS_TOP/patch/115/sql/csxvchob.pls version 120.28.12010000.44 or higher. There is a codechange in this file that breaks the ability to submit orders from depot repair. P1 bug 17973021 has been raised for this. The error received in depot repair when submitting the order is:

  1. Column cust_account_id must have a value
  2. API_MISSING_ID (COLUMN=ACCT_SITE)
  3. Unable to create a valid account site use for the given party site (party_site_id = 1190695)
  4. This site is not a valid site for given Bill to Customer Account/Customer Account
