Page Cannot be Displayed Error

Team,
We are upgrading our Siebel System from 7.7 to 8.1.1.10.

In the two step upgrade we followed all the process in the first step but now the application is not coming up.

After hitting the URL we are get Page Can not be Displayed Error.

In the WBSE log we are able to see only one Error as below.

SisnapiLayerLog Error 1 0000000452b11b50:0 2013-12-18 08:01:15 7016: [SISNAPI] Async Thread: connection (0x2aec700), error (1180682) while reading message 

The request is not even going to Gateway or Siebel Server.

Please help in this regards.

Please Note, Everything installed on  a single server.
