Hi All,

We're goign to apply  R12.1: PAYABLES RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION (CORE AP), MAR 2013, while checking metalink we found there is a recent one released in

R12.1: PAYABLES RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION (CORE AP), SEP 2013.

I would like to know which one to apply!!! if i applied the recent one is that enough and all bugs reported in the old one will be resloved as well.

or i still need to apply both?
