Can we run OKSAQUMG.sql script if the post upgrade conc program "Service Contracts ASO Queue Migrati

 We just completed the R12.1.1 upgrade but after starting applications for first time the conc program "Service Contracts ASO Queue Migration" hung.I cancelled the request as it was running for 6hours. I got the metalink hit (Doc ID 1539252.1) to run the script $OKS_TOP/patch/115/sql/OKSAQUMG.sql. But  I am not sure what is the effect of this script and whether I can run it now.
