Payble Accounting Partial due to SLA upgrade is not done

 HI All,  

We are right now upgrading 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 for one of our customer.

 

We have done one year of SLA.

 

Now if there is any prepayment which belong to period earlier than that and we apply that prepayment to current AP invoice, accounting is going into partial,

 

If someone has faced this scenario, appreciate if they resolve how to get it resolved.
