adpatch fails on 11i(11.5.10.2)

Hi,

I am getting below error while applying patch on 11i with 11.2.0.1(db) solaris Sparc64  database

Worker log showing error below.

Creating FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table...

AD Administration error:
aijctrlGetFipUtilName:Error while selecting machine_name from FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES

AD Administration error:
SQL-02112: SELECT..INTO returns too many rows
Error calling aijctrlGetFipUtilName()


Backing up restart files, if any......Done.
