PO Revision number is not updating in rcv_transaction table

Hi,
I have check in rcv_transaction table and found po_rev_num - also can see revision number for PO which are in other legal entity but not showing for any receipt made in  my Legal Entity.

Is there any setup require to reflect po_rev_no in rcv_transaction table?
