AR : Transaction Account Builder

Hello,

I am trying to use Transaction Account Builder to use custom sources for some default accounting of AR transactions. But, I am not able to create new transaction account type or transaction accounting definitions.

Are these restricted for specific modules or responsibilities?

Help greatly appreciated.
