Oracle R12 Printing Through 'PaperCut'

Hello,

Has anyone configured printing from the Oracle R12 Applications though a software called Papercut? Our company is implementing this tool and it works ok for items such as word documents and emails etc. However, all of the print jobs from Oracle Applications are sent from the Linux OS User (ie. applmgr). According to the vendor for this software I need to embed the Applications Username in the concurrent request output file, but so far I have been unable to accomplish and they have no documentation.
