Making the fields on the Account Sites Address OAF from read only

We just upgraded to R12 and are running into some SOCs requirement issues.  For certain responsibilities I need to make the fields on the Site Details Tab-->Account Site Address  read only.  I went to personalize the form but only the country, addressee, status and geography override fields were available to make read only = yes.  Am I missing where the field definitions are located to personalize or are they just not there or ?????.  Can anyone provide some guidance on how to accomplish this?
