Many invalid objects after patch 9776694:R12.GL.A

Hi,
Apps 12.0.6

After applying US base patch and PTB patch 9776694:R12.GL.A, customer have nearly 300
invalid objects that are not compiling.  Patch was originally applied in hotpatch mode while this is not a hot patch.
This GL patch has 55 files inlcuding several odf and ldt files in it.  The invalid objects are in GL, PA and other modules.
Form GLXIQACC.fmb was not compiling either.
Applied patch 16868992:R12.GL.A which delivers Form GLXIQACC.fmb which delivers  120.29.12000000.10
Still the Form does not compile.

Have them reapply patch in maintenance mode.  Still GLXIQACC.fmb was not compiling.
