Replication not happening when tables read from Macro file

Hi,

I am in strange situation, My replication does not work when i put all my tables in "MACRO" files. But i can see data flowing when i directly give the table names in the extram and pump parameter files. 

Can some one advice me ? Did i miss any step ?
