SQL Monitoring duration vs elapsed time

In Grid Control SQL Monitoring panel, SQL shows up as 5.3m in duration.  However if you click on SQL Details It shows the sql was run twice with a 26 second elapsed time or 13 seconds per execution.

What is the definition of "duration" on the SQL Monitoring panel and what does the "m" stand for? (minutes?)
What is the definition of "elapsed time" on the SQL Detail page?

Why is there such a discrepancy between "duration" and "elapsed time"?
