Onhand qty, mat transaction qty and item cost qty have different record

Hi Guys,
There were odd transaction records. The onhand qty, mat transaction qty, and item cost qty have differences. And i found sql script called mmt_moqd_mismatch_at_sublevel.sql. The result from that script :



The result showing different betwen mmt_qty and onhand. How to solve the different with the right cost? Because the item cost always fast moving.
