URGENT: Report - A Sales Stage column blank however showing value

Hi,
I've created a pivot report (Historical report) where revenue is showing Sales Stage-wise. Now, as per client requirement couple of sales stage were removed. And thereafter, One of the sales stage column shows with the blank heading & revenue is also reflecting in that column for certain records.

Can you please suggest how to overcome this situation i.e. I don't want that blank column to showcase in that report respectively?

Note: Attached is the screenshot depicting this scenario.
