Integration Oracle Time and Labour and HR

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question
 What can you do if you want to create one timecard in OTL for timewriting on projects and have prefilled absences from the absence module. I undestand that the integration to HR is not for OTLR. Are ther any other options to use just one timecard for absences and projects for employees?
