8.1.1.10 Siebel document server doesn't work

Hello,

We recently installed new environments in in few environments the correspondence is generated ok but in few it fails. The setup was done accordingly to http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14004_01/books/CorProPre/CorProPre_DocServer4.html#wp1007846 also i tried to use MS Word Live Count parameter because of this post http://siebel.ittoolbox.com/groups/technical-functional/siebel-admin-l/edoc-server-for-correspondence-template-4874329.

I think the issue is that the temp doc doesn't even appear under siebsrv/temp folder however log says that it should be there. I will upload two log files from both environments. From environment where everything works ok and from environment where it fails. Maybe there is some troubleshooting guide/steps?
