BRM 7.3.1 Installables

 Hi All,
I'm in need of BRM 7.3.1 installables and had read somewhere in the KM that we need to raise a SR since edelivery offers only the latest version of the software for download.

can somebody please confirm if this is indeed the right way to obtain the software and any particular category under which the SR needs to be raised on ?
