How to: RUEI for forms (E-Business suite) and an argument

Hello RUEI community,

running RUEI 12.x on linux I would like to generally identify forms session.
The starting point is without doubt to define an E-Business suite.

What makes it difficult for me is that the form session are initially started by an URL argument for a specific country.
e.g. http://<some_domain>/forms/frmservlet?config=<somethingGeneral_CountryCode>

Let us say I am looking for CountryCode=IT but want to ignore CountryCode=DE
Does someone know how to configure that? Is it possible to do it?

By the way the colleagues are running forms in 'servlet mode'.
