Update requisitions via OpenInterface / API

Hello Community, 
we have some approved requisition (almost 400 lines) in the EBS with a wrong BUDGET_ACCOUNT. How we can modify/update these requisitions via OpenInterface / API / Script.... ?
For information we have the ENCUMBRANCE enabled for requisition.
