SIEBEL CRM, Introduction of the Siebel Monthly PatchSet with Innovation Pack 2013

Going forward from Siebel CRM innovation pack 2013 (IP2013, version 8.1.1.11 / 8.2.2.4), Oracle will package new fixes into monthly Patchsets, replacing the current process of providing individual Quick Fixes containing one or more fixes for specific issues.These Patchsets will include both Siebel Open UI fixes and fixes that would previously have been delivered in a standard Quick Fix (QF).  There will not be a separate monthly Siebel Open UI branch Quick Fix for Siebel CRM innovation pack 2013.

This new process will not affect previous Siebel releases.

The naming of the Patchsets is in the form:

PATCHSET0103002: 8.1.1.11.2, IP2013 Patchset 2, December (Patch ID 17829489)

PATCHSET0103002: 8.2.2.4.2, IP2013 Patchset 2, December (Patch ID 17829490)
