Relevant activity plans based on the Service Request type
Hi
I just want to know how I will do configuration for below mentioned requirement.
The system shall have the ability to display only the relevant activity plans based on the Service Request type selected by the Call Center agent.
Activity Templates are present in Administration Data.
So if I am changing Service Request Type, the corresponding Activities Plan will be visible for that Service Request under Activity Screen.
