Credit Transaction not showing up in order to select in report

  User *********** received a Web Money aging notification that he has an unused transaction for $45.00 dated from 06-Sep-2012 for an American express ticket fee, however when he logs into Web Money, he does not see this transaction.

Please advise why is received this notification if he can't find the transaction to select in an expense report.

I have verified the apps.ap_credit_card_trxns_all  and could the transaction not linked to Any report in the Database.


What are the details need to check ??
