Requires confirmation on limit of DFFs at property definition level

My client wants more than 80 DFFs to be created at property level. Some will be at Building/land level, some would be at Parcel/Floor level and some would be at Office/section level. Can any one confirm what is the limit of DFF segments at each type of property?? and can we use contextual DFFs at property level?
