Error Downloading IR region after adding Hide and Show Help Region

APEX version is 4.1, Theme is Topaz

After adding a Hide and Show help region named Help on an IR page, the Download option throws an error:

 

Error during rendering of region “Help”.

ORA-6502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

The error is not triggered if the Help region display point is changed to a location below the IR output, but then the Help is difficult to find.
