Dears

I am trying to install an additional Siebel Server (Windows) to increase the availability of comunication components for our Call Center, Email functionality etc.,

But I have some concerns

1. How the CommSessionMgr is load balanced as there are total 2 CommSessionMgr.(I am using Siebel native load balancing)

2. While configuring the Drivers we need to specify only the path of the driver(.dll file) but from where does the new server loads the driver from .Will it access the driver in mentioned in the LibraryName ?

Please help me out with these queries as soon as possible
