Oracle iStore API Reference Guide

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
 I would like to know how a Phone Number is stored in the database and what's the table/query to retrieve it. This is for the 'Contact Details' during checkout shipping process.Code refers to  ShoppingCart.getPrimaryEmailAndPhone(billtoContactPartyId); Where can I find details for that method ShoppingCart.getPrimaryEmailAndPhone()?
