Vacation Accrual Setup

 We have been tracking our vacation hours manually, but want to incorporate them in JDE. We have a policy that accrues X amount of hours worked based on Y years of service. There is also a hard cap on the number of hours (does not roll over on year end or anniversary).

Is there more documentation on how to do this outside of Document 986194.1 ?

Also, I want to put the current accrued amount in the system to have a starting amount.
