Cloning a single node to multi node

 Hello,
I have one EBS R 12.1.3 installation with single node, i.e both the APPS and DB nodes are on the same server, now I need to clone the both nodes on the different server, one server will have only the DB Node and other one will have only the APPS node,  I want to know what will be process to do the same, I have done cloning on the same server and on different server  in the single node, But I need to know how can I configure the APPS node to access the database on the other server ,
