Creation of Orders

An easy question for Order Management Garus.  Our scenario is like this

1.  Order Fulfillment and shipping is done from a different system which has its own customer data.  In the cntext of billing and invoicing the requirement is as follows

Order should be created in Oracle with minimum required fields that are needed which includes Order Header Level information (Customer, Ship and Bill to) and line level amount reflecting the amounts that should be invoiced to customer.

It will be like a bill only order scenario.  Once order is created, the standard flow will take over and interface to AR for invoicng.
