Invalid role definition

we are enconutering the below error when we login to BIP

The server can not be used due to a configuration error, please contact the administrator. If you are the administrator, please consult BI Publisher user guide for proper configuration.

 oracle.xdo.security.ValidateException: javax.naming.NamingException: Invalid role definition: Cyclic Definition Detected

Any one with a way of resolving, kindly assist
