Oracle 10g Password complexity

We have auditors onsite asking for our default password policy. Our Oracle DBA is out for two weeks and I can't seem to find this information anywhere.

They'd like to know settings that are not in the Profile set up. I see plenty of resources for 11g but nothing for 10g. Is there a way I can find:

password complexity setting

case sensitivity settings

I found the Password checker below but I'd like to use native Oracle tools if possible.
