US PAY: Payroll failing after applying the End of Year phase 2 patch (EOY Phase 2 patch and the 1764
After Applying the patches 17955555 & 17641842 payroll jobs are failing with following error.
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option HR:Execute_Leg_Formula in routine &ROUTINE.
