Material Status - Subinventory and Lot Level

Hi,

We have an issue related with internal order process and we need to restrict transactions between 2 inventory organizations for same item (lot)  as you can see detail below.

Lot Number : A1 and Material Status: X

We would like to transfer this lot number which status is X between K and L inventory organizations. So when we allocate (move order), we should select lots which material statuses are X.

But we would like to restrict this process between K and M inventory organizations. So when we allocate, we don't want to select lots which material statuses are X.

How can we perform this request in Oracle?
