standby log apply acknowledgement

Hi
There is small problem in my data-guard env.
In the standby server successfully applied logs generated by primary server. It is status also updating correctly as shown bellow.

       390 YES       21-DEC-13 21-DEC-13
       391 YES       21-DEC-13 21-DEC-13
       392 YES       21-DEC-13 21-DEC-13
       393 YES       22-DEC-13 22-DEC-13
       394 YES       22-DEC-13 22-DEC-13

But in the side of primary server, its applied status shown as "NO" .
