Unable to see remit the receipt batch.

Hello,

I have one issue in receivables.

"WE HAVE A BATCH OF CHEQUES WHICH WE ARE UNABLE TO REMIT RECEIPT BATCH NO: 168468 WITH 8 CHEQUES. 

THE REMITTANCE BATCH NO:16305 HAS BEEN CREATED BUT WILL NOT REMIT."

Please find enclosed document for understnad the issue.

Please do needful.
