How to enable memory-ballooning on OVM 3.2.2

Hello. I'm Yuji.
Please Tell me how to enable memory-ballooning at Oracle VM Server 3.2.2.
Memory-Ballooning is disabled from 2.2.1 ( written Release Note).

My OVM Server's config is bellow.
#  (enable-dom0-ballooning no)  @/etc/xen/xend-config.sxp

I think this parameter decide memory-ballooning feature is enable or disable.
I think I can enable by changing this parameter to yes. Is it correctly?

Does this change need OVM Server reboot ?
