Reason code Creation

Hi all,

I am unable to create any type of Reason code from reason code form .After providing the details for Accounting Distribution and clicking on OK button is not saving those details and the GL cross reference screen is not closed.
The same thing is happening when i am entering general ledge cross reference for Non merchandise codes and for Basic Transactions .Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.
We installed RMS without Demo data.
