Oracle Reports 11.1.2 Destype=FTP Timeout occured

Hello

I have a reports which creates a pdf document and sends the file with ftp to a Windows server. The reports run many time without any problem and needs about 2 seconds. In the InProcess reports server is only one report running and only one process sends a request to the server. I defined also an engineresponsetimeout=1. Sometimes I get error Rep-56016 and a file with 0 byte had been sent to the ftp-server. Now I activated Trace 32 (Finest) for the server and I get following information:
